Christopher M. Barr, Esq.
Mr. Barr is the Chief Executive Officer of MXD Funding, Inc. and oversees the day-to-day operations of the General Partner. Christopher has extensive experience in real estate investment, development, analysis and valuation. He is also an experienced attorney and has an MBA from the Wharton School. Prior to joining MXD, he most recently directed the acquisitions, investments and business operations of a regional real estate development/investment firm. In addition to his expertise in analyzing and funding real estate investments, he has extensive experience in the acquisition, management and operational development of such properties. Mr. Barr has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a JD from Temple University and a BA in Economics from SUNY Stony Brook.
Mr. Barr is the Chief Executive Officer of MXD Funding, Inc. and oversees the day-to-day operations of the General Partner. William C. McNamara, CPA
Mr. McNamara sits on the Board of MXD and serves as its President. He is a CPA and is one of only a handful of professionals in New Jersey to hold the designation as a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional. He also serves as the Shareholder-In-Charge of the Construction Services Group at the regional accounting firm of Cowan, Gunteski & Co., P.A. and has wide expertise in financial statement analysis, corporate taxation, business planning, bonding, cash flow analysis, equity financing and debt restructuring, as well as merger and acquisition strategies. Bill was appointed by Governor Christine Todd Whitman for a two-year term to the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy. He is also a past chair of the CPAmerica Accounting and Auditing Executive Committee. A 1985 graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Accounting, Mr. McNamara is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Timothy J. Touhey
Mr. Touhey sits on the Board of MXD and is the Chief Executive Officer/Executive Vice President of the New Jersey Builders Association where he leads the statewide Associations member education and advocacy initiatives particularly relating to Association governance, plus regulatory and legislative affairs. In 2008, Governor John Corzine appointed Tim to the Governor's Real Estate Advisory Group Financial Subcommittee and he was recently appointed by Governor Chris Christie to serve on the Governor's transition team. Before joining the NJBA, Mr. Touhey served as the Director of the Northeast Community Business Center for Fannie Mae. Orleans Homebuilders develops residential communities in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Central and Southern New Jersey, and the metropolitan areas of Richmond, Virginia, Charlotte, Greensboro and Raleigh, North Carolina, Orlando, Florida, and Chicago, Illinois. Under his leadership, Orleans Homebuilders has been recognized for its outstanding performance in recent years by both Fortune and Forbes magazines. Mr. Orleans is a third generation homebuilder. Starting in the field and moving through the ranks, Mr. Orleans became president in 1985 and Chairman and CEO of Orleans Homebuilders in 1992. Mr. Orleans currently sits on the Board of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Jewish Employment Vocational Services (JEVS), and is President of the Lower Merion Police Pension Fund. Mr. Schneier is the Secretary/Treasurer of MXD and has more than twenty years of real estate development and investment experience. Paul currently serves as the President of Pulte Homes Metro NY/NJ Division. In that position, he oversees all aspects of Pulte's local operations and has recently reorganized the Division for growth in the current market. Prior to coming to Pulte, he was the President of the NJ/NY/PA Division of Beazer Homes USA. In that roll he oversaw a division that had over $200M in annual revenue. He has had a number of other impressive positions in the industry including COO of Pinnacle Communities and VP/General Counsel of Hovnanian Investment Properties. Paul has an MBA from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, a JD from New York Law School, an MS from City College of the City University of New York, and a BA from SUNY Buffalo.

Anthony & Company also has built a niche business providing personal insurance and risk management services to individuals who own high value homes, exotic cars, unique jewelry and art collections. Mr. Bevilacqua has a long-standing relationship with the develop community and a commitment to action for legislative issues that matter to the industry.He has served in a variety of development and building-related positions, including as President of the Builders Association of Northwest Jersey, BPAC Associates Vice Chair and Community Builders Association PAC Chairman. Kelly oversees all of the day-to-day operations of the company, which has offices located throughout the Eastern Seaboard. She is a widely recognized industry leader who has been in the mortgage business for almost twenty years. Ms. Zuccarelli is a licensed mortgage banker and/or broker in NJ, SC, NC, FL and DE.Kelly is very active in the New Jersey real estate community and serves as an officer of the New Jersey Builders Association, a Director of the National Association of Home Builders and as a Director of the Shore Builders Association of Central NJ.

Franklin Robinson
Mr. Robinson is the CEO of RobinSun Capital Advisors and a member of MXDs Board. He has broad experience in the real estate, finance and solar industry. Franklin holds a New Jersey real estate license and has deep experience in the homebuilding industry, real estate sales and development, and financial management. Mr. Robinson is a board member of the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey and co-chair of the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey Builders Political Action Committee. Prior to starting RobinSun Capital, he ran a wealth management business and was also the vice president of a national company that provided incentives to small to mid-size builders. Franklin is a graduate of the College of Charleston

His company has developed and built over 500,000 square feet of commercial, institutional and multi-family residential buildings as well as over 50 churches and custom homes throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Virginia. He has in depth knowledge and experience in site selection, residential valuation and feasibility, all types of governmental approvals including building permits, site plans and subdivisions, and negotiating financing for many real estate development companies. David is also founder of Property Research Associates, a full service real estate valuation and appraisal company. He is a State Certified General Appraiser in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and a New Jersey State Certified Tax Assessor. He also holds the Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser designation from the National Association of Real Estate Appraiser.In addition, David is a Past President of the Community Builders Association (CBA) in 1988, Director of New Jersey Builders Association and Commercial Council and Chairman of CBA Commercial Council. He is a Director and designated Commercial Property Builder, Graduate Master Builder and Certified Green Professional of the National Association of Home Builders.
